Beautiful scenery surrounding the resort.
I faced issues with inadequate heating during the first two nights. The staff seemed overwhelmed and struggled to provide clear answers to my inquiries. The map was rather confusing, and I found the overall space to be cramped, not indicated in the advertising.

Be sure to ask about local grocery options, as the general store may not be open during your stay, limiting convenience for supplies.

Here's what worked, and what didn't
The family-friendly atmosphere was fantastic! Kid-friendly playgrounds kept little ones entertained, while the beautiful views made evenings perfect for grilling and campfires.
A few amenities felt outdated, and I noticed the lack of linens upon arrival, inconvenient and unexpected.

The two-bedroom house offered us perfect privacy while allowing the whole family, including my aunt, to bond. The air-conditioned cabin was a blessing on warm days, and the views while grilling in the evening were fine.
For dads, it would be great if the game room had extended hours.

The two-bedroom house was great for our friends and family. Each unit had its own space yet was close together. The grills and fire pits were a hit. The views were fine with a lovely backdrop of trees and water. Tons of playgrounds kept the kids entertained. Plus, the air conditioning and tv were nice perks.

The cabin setup at Point Sebago Resort impressed me completely. Each family had their own two-bedroom house, providing nice privacy while keeping us close. Beautiful views surrounded the area, and the grills were perfect for our nightly barbecues. Kids had a blast with the playgrounds, and the fire pits were a great touch for cozy evenings. Air conditioning kept things comfortable inside. I wished more amenities were open since we would have liked the general store to be available, but overall, it did not take away from our enjoyment. The lack of bedding and towels should have been mentioned before our arrival, along with wayfinding issues on the hotel. It took a while to figure everything out since the map was confusing. These issues didn't overshadow the great time spent with family and friends, but they could use some attention for future visitors.

The cabins offered amazing privacy while still allowing us to stay close as a group, perfect for our families. Amazing views enhanced our evenings, especially during barbecues, and the kid-friendly playgrounds kept the children entertained. The lack of linens on arrival was unexpected, and the general store's limited hours meant we couldn't stock up easily . While the fittings and amenities held a certain charm, some felt a bit outdated.
